The Bob & Barbara Fraley Scholarship
From the scholarship's founder:
"Generosity is truly an amazing thing. To give of oneself, no matter how that may be, is beyond doubt a Christ-like act. The demonstration of generosity that Bob and Barbara Fraley have bestowed upon me (along with countless others in their life) has been a blessing from the Lord. They have taken what He has given them and managed it well.
I Peter 4:10-11 says, 'Each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others, faithfully administering God’s grace in its various forms. If anyone speaks, he should do it as one speaking the very words of God. If anyone serves, he should do it with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ. To Him be the glory and the power for ever and ever. Amen.'
The way that I have been blessed by these two amazing individuals, allowing the Lord to work through them, leaves me speechless. It is for this reason that I wish to honor them by starting this scholarship. For all that they have done and continue to do. May they be remembered as instruments for the Lord, always willing to do the good work."

Qualifications for the Scholarship:
The individual chosen for the "Bob & Barbara Fraley Scholarship" must meet the following qualifications:
- A student that has shown throughout their time at PVCP a propensity for strong Christian morals and a willingness to lead by example.
- A student that has been at PVCP for at least one year.
- A student that is in good academic standing (at least a 2.75 GPA)
- A student that is actively involved in school activities (i.e., sports, music, etc.)
